• Account information — email address when you create an account via magic link or login code.
• Payment information — billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Search and alert data — saved search parameters, notification preferences, and items found by your alerts.
• Device information — push notification tokens, device platform, app version, and locale when using the mobile app.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and interaction timestamps.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and timezone.
• Business information — if you buy a business plan, your company name, country and VAT number.
• Communications — any correspondence you send to us via email or support channels.

14. Information about Marketplace Sellers

If you sell on a marketplace we cover, such as Vinted, we may process a small amount of information about you even if you do not use Vinotify. When a listing of yours matches one of our users' saved searches, we record the listing together with the seller username and seller ID shown publicly on it.

• Why — to show our users listings that match their searches, to avoid alerting them twice about the same item, and to let users hide listings from sellers they have chosen to block.
• Legal basis — legitimate interests, ours and our users', in providing the alert service. The information is already public on the marketplace, and we collect no more than we need for these purposes.
• Sharing — the user whose search found the listing may see the seller username in our app or website. We do not include seller usernames or IDs in our API or webhook data, and we never sell this information.
• Retention — we keep these records while the saved search that found the listing exists, and for a limited time afterwards so that its owner can still see their history.
• Your rights — you can ask us for a copy of this information, ask us to delete it, or object to its use by emailing support@vinotify.me. Please include your marketplace username.
